State Aircraft Factory’s electric saw SSK-II was nicknamed ”Jaws” and exported to the Soviet Union as part of the war reparations in the 1940s and 1950s. It was used to manage tall timber in storage locations. War reparations to the Soviet Union included products of the forest and metal industries, factories, machinery, prefabricated wooden housing kits, and hundreds of ships, locomotive engines and other railway equipment.
